Following initial contact, preferably at the project site, I analyze the existing situation and discuss your wishes, needs, budget, and deadlines.

I then draw up the plans of the existing state, set up the schedule, and draw a first sketch (sketch presenting the principles of volumetry and the general organization of the various spaces).

After choosing a project orientation, I carry out the project studies. I draw up the building permit files if necessary. I detail the graphic documents and do research for material and color proposals.

Once the project has been validated by you, I draw up the description of the work, graphic documents, and administrative files.

This allows us to consult with companies. I visit the future site with several of them, analyze the offers received and advise you on possible negotiations.

Finally, the work starts. I can follow up on a weekly basis or make a few predefined visits. I draw up reports, modify the plans if necessary, submit a schedule and accept the work.

My services are flat rate based on my estimate of the time required. The scope of my work can cover the entire project or just parts of it.
